Mask workshop of the Venetian Carnival

Do you know that in the past, the Venetian Carnival used to last for 6 months every year? During that time, Venetian people could walk around the city wearing a mask without revealing their true identity!
Do you know about the traditional Venetian masks? How were they made? We will dive into the story of the Carnival and the ancient traditions of the artisanal papier-mâché masks. A highly-creative activity where they will choose their favorite shape and decorate it with colorful paint, elegant pearls, bright feathers, and much more!
